What to Expect
A Useful First Conversation.
The first conversation is about understanding the situation well enough to determine whether there is a useful next step. You do not need to arrive with a scope of work already written.
Enough time to understand the problem without turning the first call into a workshop.
We will ask questions before suggesting an answer or trying to fit the problem into a service.
If there is a fit, we will explain what a useful next step could look like. If there is not, we will say so.
No pressure to manufacture a project. Sometimes the most useful outcome of a first conversation is simply greater clarity.
